ETHICON, Inc. develops and markets products within three divisions: Ethicon Products Worldwide for wound closure and tissue repair; Johnson & Johnson Wound Management with biosurgical technologies to manage intra-operative bleeding and postoperative leaking, as well as advanced wound care products; and Ethicon Women’s Health & Urology with minimally invasive gynecological and urological solutions in stress urinary incontinence pelvic floor repair and uterine disorders.



Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. develops and markets advanced medical devices for minimally invasive and open surgical procedures. The company focuses on procedure-enabling devices for the interventional diagnosis and treatment of conditions in general and bariatric surgery, as well as gastrointestinal health, gynecology and surgical oncology.



Advanced Sterilization Products, Division of Ethicon, Inc. is a leading developer of innovative instrument sterilization, high level disinfection, and cleaning technologies, including STERRAD® systems and the CIDEX® Family of Products.



Cordis Corporation is the world’s leading developer and manufacturer of interventional medicine, minimally invasive computer-based imaging and electrophysiology products for vascular disease.
